Configure Microsoft Bing Ads

The AdIntel App regularly fetches your online campaign specific data from Microsoft Bing Ads so that you have up-to-date performance information in Salesforce. To enable proper tracking, it is necessary that you enable the Auto-tagging option and also manually add the Google Urchin Tracking Module (UTM) parameters to all of your ads.

Step 1 – Enable Auto-tagging (needs to be done only once)

  • Login to Microsoft Bing Ads: https://secure.bingads.microsoft.com
  • Select Accounts & Billing menu option.
  • Select the edit pencil next to the Account.

  • Enable the Auto-tagging option as shown below.

  • Click the Save button to update the latest settings.

Step 2 – Edit the URL Options

  • Login to Microsoft Bing Ads: https://secure.bingads.microsoft.com
  • Select the Campaigns menu and then select the URL Options under the Shared Library section.

  • Modify the Tracking template field with the following url and click the Save button.
